HOW helps groups to see new possibilities and to re-imagine policies, practices, and norms in order to build an equitable and liberatory work culture that strengthens leadership and improves team connections, effectiveness, and social innovation through:

  • Workshop, retreat, and meeting design consultation 
  • Group process facilitation, reflective processing, and action planning

For Individuals:

  • One-on-One Reflective processing and coaching- Using creative, somatic, and reflective practices we work with individuals to identify needs and dreams, name personal and systemic barriers, imagine new possibilities and tangible steps towards living and working with integrity
  • Peer support gatherings – Free weekly drop-in zooms to ground your work week in intention and care
  • Cohort building -We offer 1-2 annual opportunities to join leadership cohorts centered on timely and relevant themes
